## Standard

- Managed service: $2,500 USD each month.
- Included capacity: 40 conversation hours, 6,000 fair-use dials, and 5 simultaneous calls.

## Pro

- Managed service: $5,000 USD each month.
- Included capacity: 90 conversation hours, 13,500 fair-use dials, and 20 simultaneous calls.

## Terms and usage

- Includes: One managed AI Sales Employee and setup run by Vellward.
- Monthly service: $10,000 setup fee.
- Twelve-month commitment: Setup is waived and the monthly price does not change.
- Overage: $65 per conversation hour and $0.06 per dial.
- Flagship voice: $750 per month and $85 per additional conversation hour while active.
- Your control: Your team reviews outside messages at launch. The Order sets the rules.
- Fit review: No card is needed.
- Order: Vellward confirms the approved Order and scope before checkout. The signed Order controls any term not shown here.
- After payment: Vellward confirms the handoff, access, and safety checks. Payment alone does not mean the employee is ready.
